Large/Heavy Orders
Items that are in excess of 100 lbs may be purchased online but shipping and insurance charges will be added. Please tell us how you would like the order shipped and if you would like it billed collect, prepaid & charged or charged to your company's shipping account (Yellow, Fed Ex, Roadway, CF, Etc...)

US Shipping Policy
Most of our orders are shipped via UPS. All orders shipped to a US address include insurance on the package. We generally ship most orders within 24 hours of payment, but can make no guarantees to delivery times due to factors beyond our control. You can track your package by referring to the UPS web site at www.ups.com.

International Shipping Policy
International orders cannot be processed online. Please contact us to place your order. We will calculate your total and contact you to arrange for payment. Due to the customs process, please be aware that international deliveries can take considerably longer if your package is held up by customs. International shipments may be subject to import duties and/or taxes which are charged when the shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges must be paid by the customer. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. You should be aware of your country's customs regulations prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for orders returned due to customs non-compliance.
